Anglo-Dutch Wars

 

The 17th Century saw three major Anglo-Dutch Wars.  These wars were the collision of two empires to determine each country’s share of world trade and national wealth.  These Anglo-Dutch Wars short docs explore why the English and Dutch, allies before 1650 and after 1680, fought these destructive wars.
